A small team that ships quickly
RIWA started in 2025 in Kuwait City. We are a small senior team — designers, engineers and specialists — and we bring in vetted freelancers when a project needs a skill we do not keep in-house.
Since then we have shipped seven products: two ordering platforms taking card payments in Kuwait, two live tournament systems, an AI staffing agent for a startup in Singapore, and two marketing sites. Our clients run from a distributor founded in 1918 to an agency founded last year.
We keep the team deliberately small because it is the only way to hold the two promises this studio is built on: that work ships in weeks rather than quarters, and that the people you talk to are the people writing the code.

Three things we hold on
We quote before we build
You get a plan and a fixed quotation before any production code exists. No discovery invoices for work you cannot see, and no number that moves once you have signed it.
We publish only what we can defend
Some of our case studies carry a hard number and some say plainly that there isn't one. That is deliberate. An agency that has a percentage for every project has invented most of them.
We say what we cannot do
If something sits outside what we have actually shipped, we say so and point you at someone who has. It costs us a project and saves you a quarter.
You are never locked in
The code is yours on request. We hand it over and set it up on your own accounts, with no ongoing fee and no hostage-taking.

What we don't do
We don't take performance-based pay, and we won't promise you a number of sales or visitors. We build the software. What it earns depends on your market, your pricing and your operation — variables we don't control. Any agency guaranteeing a revenue figure is guessing.

We started in 2025, and we know that is a fair thing to weigh up. So before money changes hands, we will build you a working demo of the thing you are actually asking for. If it convinces you, we carry on. If it doesn't, you have lost a week of our time and none of yours.
