The problem
Farrari Laundries needed a proper public face: services, the story behind the business, customer reviews and the branch network — plus two separate ways to get in touch, one for general enquiries and one for branch and franchise questions. Their brief was direct about the standard to hit, naming a large multinational competitor as the bar.
What we built
The design and the build. Service pages, an about section, review and branch content, an FAQ and a franchising route — with both enquiry forms wired up and delivering rather than decorative.
The result
We have no analytics access on this one, so there is no figure we can stand behind. What the client reports is a few hundred visitors a month arriving at a site that now answers the questions a customer actually asks before booking.
