The problem
LAMAZI sell cakes and sweets, and were in the position Eatbam had been in: orders came through delivery marketplaces and a stock POS storefront, and 30% to 40% of the revenue went out again as commission. They wanted their own ordering channel — again, working over ornate.
What we built
A full ordering platform on their own domain: the catalogue, accounts and authentication, coupons, a points-based loyalty club, checkout, and the admin panel their team uses to run offers, products and orders themselves.
The result
Commercially it follows the Eatbam pattern — direct orders carry no per-order commission, so the saving compounds every month, and the offers are theirs to set. The interesting number is the build itself: six weeks the first time, one week the second. Eatbam paid for the thinking; LAMAZI got the benefit of it.
Let us prove it first
We started in 2025, and we know that is a fair thing to weigh up. So before money changes hands, we will build you a working demo of the thing you are actually asking for. If it convinces you, we carry on. If it doesn't, you have lost a week of our time and none of yours.
