The problem
AAW distribute something like a hundred global brands into the Kuwaiti market. Where those products actually sit against competitors, on the marketplaces that sell them, is not something anyone can see without opening each listing by hand.
What we are building
An automation that collects ranking positions across the major marketplaces on a schedule, tracks how they move, and reports it back in a form a commercial team can act on.
Where it is now
Being scoped. It is also the first automation we are doing for AAW, after three software builds — which is the direction the whole studio is moving.
